Over the years, I have attended many classes to supplement my initial training at Cumberland Institute. I have taken courses in Neuromuscular Therapy, Pressure Point Therapy, Lymphatic Massage, Energy Training, Hot Stone Therapy, Russian Techniques, and on site Chair Massage and Pain Relief Techniques. I have recently added Reflexology and CranioSacral Therapy to my skills. Licensed massage therapists like myself must take 25 CEUs of training every two years to maintain licensure.
